A great place to eat with a friendly atmosphere. I highly recommended this restaurant

waited 45 mins for two fish and chip orders. Fish was uncooked. Batter was gooey. Had to pay before food. Price was $45 with the tip. Argued for a refund. Place very very dated. Extremely huge menu. Poor service and attitude.

Slow service, mayonnaise tasted off, curly fries overcooked, no chocolate milkshakes that day? Forgot mushrooms on mushroom burger, bathroom's smelled atrocious. Not good like it used to be.

Not a family restaurant. Its fast food. No fork or napkins in to go bag. Debit machine asks for tip (u don't tip for take out)

Great little place off the highway to stop for ice cream or a milkshake. I enjoy the chocolate shake and it's reasonably priced compared to other places in Alberta now that minimum wage is going up. Burgers are pretty decent but not a place I would say is a must stop if you're driving by Vermillion.

So many flavours of milkshakes. They are all really good a little pricey, but a nice treat.

When me and my Classmates heard that Sammy's food was better than Anthony's Classic Grill, we were intrigued to say the least... Nope! Ant's is still king.The ice cream is really the only reason students come here, then they eat one ice cream and tell everyone its the best thing since sliced bread, a vicious cycle to say the least, lol.

It's ok... Havent eaten there very often. I do like there pizza burgers or half loafs

Worst place to eat in vermilion, ordered food for about 150$ for family. All the food was burnt.Had to throw it all. Don’t go for positive ratings, they are all fake.

Nice clean environment, waitress was very friendly. We wanted a Mushroom Burger, but the Mushrooms are out of a can, nix that... Overall the burger we had was ok, didn't seem like very high quality beef to me, had a funny aftertaste. The fries and shake were good...

I had a chicken burger. The patty tasted nasty, as though it had been fried in the same oil as fish. Fries were subpar. I did try their Kit Kat ice cream dessert though, and really enjoyed that.

Pizza's actually decent. The BBQ chicken could use more sauce but the service..... The Service is horrible! Been there many times as I didn't know Express Pizza existed and am finally kyboshing Sammys. Its a shame you have terrible staff working there. They have no idea how to fix a mistake and the Filipinos girls seem to always make a mistake on the orders. Please don't go here. They don't deserve the business with how they are with people. They mess up you're order and confirm that they did but have no plans on making it right. Awful, terrible service. Sammy owners... get new counter staff. I'm certain there's people who know what customer service is.

Terrible. You order at the counter and pay in advance. One order was good, the other awful. I guess that is why they take your money in advance because they would not give a refund. Would not stop again.

3 of us made an order... 3 of us unhappy... Soggy fries. Brown lettuce.... Bathrooms smell... And the poutine my son ordered??? Yea I posted a pic of that in the photos for this place... Never again 👎

Stopped into Sammy's in Vermillion while returning home from Lloydminster recently. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of food. Ordered a donair pizza and milk shake and both were simply excellent. I wasn't expecting the pizza to be of such quality. Far surpasses any pizza chain and easily one of the top 3 donair pizza's I've ever had. Huge menu and chapman's ice cream to boot! Will definitely be making this restaurant a regular stop over on future trips to the region.
